This fully automatic cleaning systems is ideal from low to high throughput of PCBs. It allows the cleaning of misprints and stencils within the same process. The three cleaning procedures take place in the same chamber. Short cycle times arise from simultaneous cleaning and drying. The ÖKO-Machines design offers you a perfect separation of the media: a savings effect because of low mixing and evaporation which pays. ATERON offers manually and Inline Cleaning Systems. We offer surface cleaning and static neutralization for Films, Sheets, Panels and Reel-to-Reel materials that are used in a wide range of industries worldwide.

This kind of systems will allow you to remove small particles on your PCB, so that you don't need to care about the airblow inside of the solderpaste after reflow process.

For printing with SMD metal stencils we recommend our metal squeegees which we can supply as hand squeegee or as a retrofit kit for DEK, MPM, EKRA printing machines. The metal squeegees featured by ATERON show extra-ordinary good quality characteristics.

A large number of standard dimensions in A-profile (rectangular), B-profile (roof-shaped bevel) and D-profile (square) is available to suit the requirements for the many applications of screen printing techniques and machine types and the profiles required for this purpose. Special profiles, hardness (shore) and/or special dimensions are available on request.

Our understencil cleaning rolls are recognized as industry standard for cleaning the bottom of stencils keeping them free from paste and flux between prints. Wiping with rolls prevents smearing, building solder balls, and other problems associated with the stencil printing onto PC Board.

Wiping rolls are tough, absorbent and mechanically stressable. They effectively remove solder pastes, fluxprints and epoxies with or without solvent. We also offers customized cleaning rolls according to your specifications.

Understencil cleaning rolls are available in two types:
„Standard“ non-woven with a weight of 73g/sqm and „Vacuum“ non-woven with 37g/sqm. Whole „Standard“ is highly absorbent,, suitable for “solventless” cleaning „Vacuum“ is your best choice when using the vacuum-cleaning system of your printer.
